Pickup is free, Thursday and Friday 1pm to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 3pm, at the Fairgrounds Farmers Market in Reading, PA. Orders are ready for pickup the next day, because we pack every order fresh in its own box. Orders placed before 11am ET Monday to Thursday are processed that day and ready from the next market day; later orders are processed the next Monday to Thursday. At checkout you choose your pickup day, and your confirmation email repeats it.

Our bread is baked fresh for the following week. Order any day, Monday to Sunday, and collect it Thursday to Saturday of the next week (Thursday and Friday 1pm to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 3pm). Bakery items are pickup only.

Yes. Use the estimator on our Catering page to build a guide price and send us your enquiry. Orders need about a week of notice: order this week and we can have it ready from Thursday of next week. We prioritize regional sourcing for produce to enhance freshness. Our recipes feature breads, tofu, quinoa and plant proteins alongside Mediterranean staples, with daily-prepared sauces and dressings. Each product page lists its full ingredients and allergens, and shows non-GMO where that applies.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing, or arrived warmer than 40°F, email info@mediterraneanmedley.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. If you collected your order at the market, contact us within 24 hours of pickup. We can offer a refund, a replacement or a credit, though because our food is perishable we cannot accept standard returns. See our Refund and Returns policy.

Orders placed before 11am ET Monday to Thursday are processed that same day, so the sooner you write the better. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes are limited. Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link (UPS, FedEx or USPS). Local pickup orders do not ship: your confirmation email shows your pickup day (1pm to 6pm Thursday and Friday, 10am to 3pm Saturday) at the Fairgrounds Farmers Market.
