Everything below matches what you’ll actually see at checkout — zones, cutoffs and pricing.
Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Because our products are perishable, we can’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories, and we can’t deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or parcel lockers — a valid physical street address is required. Please double-check your address at checkout; we aren’t responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Dispatch days and cutoff
Orders dispatch Monday through Thursday only — nothing ships on a Friday, so a chilled order never sits in a depot over the weekend.
- PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, DC, VA, CT — order by 11am ET Monday through Thursday for next-business-day delivery.
- Everywhere else in the lower 48 — order by 11am ET Monday through Wednesday for delivery within 2 business days. Orders placed Thursday for this zone dispatch the following Monday, so the parcel never spends a weekend in transit.
An order placed after the cutoff, or over a weekend, goes out with the next available dispatch day. Your confirmation email states the actual ship and arrival date, not just a window.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is calculated live by UPS at checkout, based on your delivery address and the weight of your order, so you always see the exact price before you pay. PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, DC, VA and CT can choose UPS Ground or a faster guaranteed service; everywhere else in the lower 48 defaults to UPS 2nd Day Air, with faster guaranteed options also available. Local pickup at our Fairgrounds Farmers Market stand is always free.
Local pickup
Pickup is available Thursday through Saturday at the Fairgrounds Farmers Market in Reading, PA.
- Thursday pickup — order by 11am ET Wednesday.
- Friday or Saturday pickup — order by 11am ET Thursday.
How we pack
Orders are hand-packed in insulated boxes with gel packs to hold temperature in transit. Your order may arrive chilled or partially thawed but should still be cool to the touch — refrigerate it as soon as it arrives. Most items keep 7 to 10 days refrigerated unless the packaging says otherwise.
Tracking and delivery issues
You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. If anything arrives incomplete, damaged, or fully thawed, contact us at info@mediterraneanmedley.com right away so we can make it right.
