Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
To start a refund request, send an email with the subject line “Refund Request” to info@mediterraneanmedley.com, including your order number, photos, and as much detail as possible. We’ll review your request promptly and let you know the outcome. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method — please allow some time for your bank or card issuer to post it back to your account.
Local pickup orders
If you picked up your order at the Fairgrounds Farmers Market stand, the same policy applies — contact us within 24 hours of pickup if anything is wrong with your order.
