Terms and conditions of sale

Who we are
Mediterranean Medley, 2934 North 5th Street Highway, Reading, PA 19605. Our stand is at the Fairgrounds Farmers Market in Reading.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel or limit an order if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error, and we will refund you in full if we do.
Payment
Payment is taken by card at checkout through our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card details.
Pickup and shipping
Pickup, processing days, order cut-off times and shipping areas are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Our products are fresh and perishable: please be available to receive chilled orders, and refrigerate food promptly on arrival.
Food information and allergens
Each product page lists the ingredients, allergens and size. Please read them before you order, and check the package label when your order arrives. If you have an allergy or dietary need, contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Problems, refunds and returns
If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. How to request a refund, and how long it takes to reach your account, is set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
