Stoltzfus Family Produce, a family-run farm operated by a husband and wife alongside their seven children, two boys and five girls and sits two miles north of New Holland in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Since relocating to the family farm in 2004, Stoltzfus Family Produce has upheld a legacy of nurturing the land, following in the footsteps of generations before them.

In 2008, Stoltzfus Family Produce became a certified organic farm, driven by a commitment to healthier farming practices after recognizing the impact of chemicals, herbicides, fungicides, and GMOs used in conventional produce. This shift prioritized the health of their family, customers, and the soil, fostering sustainable agriculture that supports vibrant ecosystems. As members of the Lancaster Farm Fresh Co-op, they joined a network of local farmers dedicated to supplying organic produce across the region, strengthening their ties to the community.

Starting as a small family pita bakery, Sunneen has grown into a trusted supplier across the East Coast, providing organic breads, tofu, quinoa, and vegetable proteins. Their locally sourced, wholesome and organic ingredients elevate our Mediterranean menu, from vibrant salads to flavorful hummus, ensuring every dish is healthy and delicious.

We’re delighted to partner with Soumaya and Sons Bakery, a cherished Allentown, PA, institution since 1979. Founded by Youssef and Lucie Ballan, this Middle Eastern bakery crafts fresh pita bread, spinach and meat pies, and baklava using only the finest ingredients, wheat flour, water, yeast, and salt, with no sugar or preservatives. From their roots on 2nd Street to their current Whitehall location, Soumaya and Sons supplies our farmers’ markets in Reading and Hershey with authentic, daily baked goods that elevate our Mediterranean menu
