Hummus

A harmonious blend of fresh, simple, and authentic ingredients. The CLASSIC HUMMUS dip combines boiled chickpeas, tahini, and lemon juice into a smooth, and creamy puree. It is a rich, flavorful dip that highlights the power of simplicity. 

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

This dip takes the original dish to the next level. Combining roasted red peppers with the classic chickpea, lemon juice, tahini, and garlic spread for a smokey, yet sweet flavor. 

Scallion Parsley Hummus

Beets Hummus

Beet hummus is bright in flavor and color. Hints of sweetness from the beets, tangy lemon, garlic, and warm spices are blended together for a healthy nutrient-packed dip great for an appetizer or snack to share.

Baba Ghanouj

This Traditional Lebanese dip is made from roasted eggplant, mashed and mixed with tahini (sesame seed paste), olive oil, lemon juice and garlic.  It has a creamy texture and a smoky flavor.

4 Bite sized balls made of chickpeas, onions, and garlic are seasoned with herbs and spices and made to be enjoyed alongside a tahini dipping sauce and garbanzo salad. 

Avocado Hummus Sandwich (V)

“OG” this Beaty consists of creamy, smooth, and authentically flavored hummus on multigrain bread. It is paired with avocado slices, tomatoes, lettuce, and carrots. 

Mediterranean Veggie Platter (V) Comes in a Pre-Packed Box

A four compartment lunch consisting of our hummus dip, tabbouli salad, stuffed grape leaves, a falafel ball and whole wheat pita for dipping. 

Veg Egg Roll

Delicious hot or cold this egg roll is all veggies stuffed with cabbage, celery, carrots and seasoned lightly. 

Avocado “Bacon” Wrap (V)

Vegan bacon, with a shredded carrot and red cabbage mix, lettuce, tomatoes, and a vegan mayonnaise spread all wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla. 

Spring Rolls (V)

Crisp spring roll filled with lightly season crunchy veggies with a tangy dipping sauce.

Pastitsio

Pasta bake made of layers of pasta, a delicious meat sauce, and a topping of creamy béchamel.

Meat & Eggplant Moussaka

Eggplant casserole made with baked eggplants and potatoes, a rich, tomatoey beef mince sauce and topped off with béchamel sauce.

Mediterranean Pizza

Homemade square cut (Sicilian) pizza base lightly brushed with tomato sauce fresh mozzarella and topped with green bell peppers, red onions, artichoke hearts, black lives, fresh grape tomato and finished off with a sprinkle of feta and oregano.

Chicken Souvlaki (Kabob)

Skewered pieces of chicken that have been marinated in a garlic and mint yoghurt sauce and baked to perfection. 

Kibbeh mishwieh/ Grilled Kibbeh

A Domed-shape kibbeh is stuffed with a minced (ground) meat mixture (beef) BUT this baby is twice minced, yes, instead of a flour dough like the sambousik we sell the filling is wrapped with a minced meat and bulgur outer to form the croquette and BBQ Flame Grilled! 


Gyros & Shawarma

Chicken Shawarma Gyro

Strips of shawarma chicken cut of the vertical rotisserie is exceptionally flavorful and juicy, as it is marinated at length in our famous herbs and spices marinade on a pita with lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles and of course our garlic sauce!

Lamb / Beef Gyro

Fresh cut strips of our famous lamb / beef blend right off the vertical rotisserie cone on top of tzatziki, lettuce, tomato, onions on a fresh pita wrap.

Falafel Gyro

Our falafel gyro consists of our famous falafels on top of hummus, lettuce, tomato, onions, tahini and pickles in a fresh pita wrap.

Chicken Souvlaki Gyro

Chicken souvlaki (kobob) grilled to perfection on top of tzatziki, lettuce, tomato, onions on a fresh pita wrap.


Breads

Lebanese Bread (Pita)

We use and provide Soumaya & Sons Bakery fresh baked Pita. They use the freshest ingredients, wheat flour, water, yeast, and salt with no sugar and no chemical preservatives. 

Sourdough

Freshly made sourdough that comes in plan, olive and multigrain flavor with whole wheat also available

Zataar Bread (Manakeesh) (V)

Zaatar Bread or Manakeesh is an Arabic flatbread that’s typically topped with a mixture of za’atar and olive oil. Manakeesh can also be topped with cheese, which makes for a perfect breakfast or snack for kids and adults alike. It’s usually slightly crisp on the outside, with a soft interior.

Gyro Bread (Greek Pita) (V)

Asmaliyeh/Kataifi

Kataifi. Asmalieh is a traditional middle eastern dessert prepared with baked vermicelli pastry wrapped around sweetened walnuts and pistachio with a cinnamon twist.
